Getting Started.
How do I get a price?
Text a photo or short video of the job to (505) 228-1840, or request a visit online. You get a clear, written price on your phone before any work starts.
How soon can you come out?
Text us or request a visit and pick a day that works for you. We text back to confirm the soonest open time, and we let you know when we're on our way.
Can I put several small jobs in one visit?
Yes. Make a list of everything that needs fixing and send photos. We price the whole list and knock it out in one visit.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Small repairs are what we do most. Save up a few and we'll knock out your whole fix-it list in one visit.
Do I need to be home?
For most inside jobs it's best if someone is home to let us in and look over the work with us at the end. For outside jobs, just tell us how to reach the area.
The Work.
Do you bring the materials?
Yes. We pick up what the job needs, and the materials are listed on your estimate with pictures. If you already bought something, we can install it.
Do you clean up after?
Always. We cover floors and furniture while we work and leave the area the way we found it, or better.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We do turnovers and repair lists between tenants: patches, paint, doors, weatherstripping and the small stuff.
Do you do plumbing, gas or electrical work?
No. Those trades need their own licenses. If your job needs one, we can point you to a licensed partner.
Paying & Warranty.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure Stripe link with your invoice, or Zelle, Venmo, cash or check.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If something we fixed or installed fails because of our work within 1 year, we come back and make it right at no charge.
